Celebrate with us! King-Moore honored our 20th anniversary of business in May 2022. Way back in 2002, two young dads took a leap of faith to begin a business offering innovative and creative solutions and had the great benefit of gaining treasured friendships and business relationships along the way!

Our Story
We wanted to take a few moments to let you know how excited we are to announce that this month marks the 20th anniversary of King-Moore, Inc.!
Way back in 2002, we were both young dads with little children who decided that we had the passion and skills to offer great solutions for GIS and IT services in the southwest Virginia area. Was it a risk? Of course, we were definitely fearful to take that leap, but we are so glad that we did!
Our lowly beginnings began with a 'board meeting' on a back porch in Abingdon and now we are so proud to know that our initial seed of a thought has grown into such an amazing company that not only continues to serve the southwest Virginia area, but has also expanded to northern Virginia, DC, and North Carolina with both public and private sector entities.
We just wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation and extreme gratitude to YOU, our faithful clients, with whom we have enjoyed working. They say that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. It is because of the treasured friendships that we have built with you all that makes our work so satisfying and enjoyable.
So, thank you so much for allowing us to serve you and for being on this journey through so much change in the world of business both private and government. We will do our best to continuing to provide the best service we can to you into the next part of the journey.
